Dawson Springs Man Arrested for Burglary

On Sunday evening, Deputies were called to an address in the 7000 block of Grapevine Rd.   and arrested a Dawson Springs man for multiple charges including Burglary.

According to an arrest citation from Deputy Johnny Colon, 40-year-old Casey Adcock was arrested after he allegedly burglarized a building on the property and was confronted by the property owner at around 6:30 pm. The two then became involved in a physical altercation. Deputies were able to take Adcock into custody when they arrived. The citation indicates Adcock damaged a fence gaining entry onto the property.

During the investigation, Deputies located stolen property from the burglary on a trailer that belonged to Adcock, as well as a syringe that Adcock was attempting to conceal and burglary tools.

Adcock was arrested and transported to the Christian County Jail where he was charged with the following:

  • Possession of Burglary Tools
  • Burglary 1st Degree
  • Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Tampering with Physical Evidence
  • Receiving Stolen Property U/$10,000
  • Criminal Trespassing 2nd Degree
