March 11th, 2019: Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped a Hopkinsville man for speeding this past Saturday, March 9th, and seized illegal drugs and a handgun during the stop. According to the arrest citation, 20 year old De’Coryian Gray was stopped for speeding on Hugh Hunter Rd. in Oak Grove by Deputy C. Robinson. During the traffic stop investigation, it was determined that Gray was in possession of marijuana and a Ruger handgun. Gray was arrested and transported to the Christian County Jail. Before Gray was processed, he admitted to Deputies that he had a samll baggie of marijuana concealed in the groin area of his pants. Gray was charged with the following:
- Speeding
- Possession of a Hand Gun by a Minor
- Possession of Marijuana
- Tampering w/ Physical Evidence
