The Christian County Sheriff’s Office provides three (2) School Resource Officers (SRO) for all Christian County Elementary Schools as well as Christian County Day Treatment/ 21st Century Academy. We also provide a College Resource Officer (CRO) for Hopkinsville Community College.
These officers are on hand every day the schools are in session to assist the school staff with ensuring the safety and security of the school as well as the students that attend. They conduct all criminal investigations that occur at the schools in which they are assigned. These officers also provide security for the Christian County Board of Education meetings and school sanctioned sporting events.
