August 24th, 2024-Christian County, KY: Christian County Sheriff’s Office Press Release Traffic Stop Leads to Narcotics Arrests.
Deputies from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling northbound on Greenville Rd. with an expired registration sticker. The driver, 62-year-old Cameron Fuller, and passenger, 49-year-old Rebecca Jones, were detained during the stop. Consent to search the vehicle was denied, but a K9 deployment revealed narcotics and drug paraphernalia. A search of the vehicle yielded suspected crack cocaine, synthetic marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Fuller was charged with: – No registration plates – Failure to produce insurance card – Possession of synthetic drugs – 1st offense – Possession of cocaine – 1st offense
Jones was charged with: – Possession of synthetic drugs – 1st offense – Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess – Resisting arrest – Tampering with physical evidence
Both Fuller and Jones were transported to the Christian County Jail without incident.
