On Monday, July 29th, deputies from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office served an Emergency Protective Order (EPO) with a vacate order to 39-year-old Bryan Huddleston at a residence in 200 block of Azalea Drive in Hopkinsville. Despite the order, Mr. Huddleston refused to leave and physically fought deputies during his arrest, causing deputies to receive lacerations on their extremities. Mr. Huddleston was charged with:
– Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO
– Assault 3rd Degree on a Police Officer or Probation Officer
– Resisting Arrest
– Disorderly Conduct, 1st Degree
During transport, Mr. Huddleston continued to cause a disturbance, yelling and screaming, alarming nearby residents. He was transported to the Christian County Jail.
