Deputies with the Christian County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Hopkinsville woman who was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a pursuit by the Hopkinsville Police Department on Friday (12/01).
62-year-old Nancy Bagby was arrested after Deputies made contact with her after the pursuit that occurred around 1:00 pm. During the investigation Deputies discovered a handbag that belonged to Bagby that contained a baggie of meth, a pipe and small baggies used in the sale and distribution.
Bagby was arrested and charged with the following:
- Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree (meth)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Bagby was transported to the Christian County Jail.
