Traffic Stop Leads to Two Arrests, Drug and Stolen Property Seizure

March 29, 2025-CHRISTIAN COUNTY, KY: On Saturday evening at approximately 9:30 PM, a traffic stop conducted by the Christian County Sheriff’s Office led to the arrest of two Clarksville individuals on multiple charges, including drug possession and receiving stolen property.

Deputies initiated the stop on a vehicle near the Days Inn on Auburn Street in Oak Grove after observing the vehicle operating without illuminated headlights. A records check revealed that the driver, Jonathan Acree, 34, had a revoked license. During the stop, probable cause was developed leading to a K-9 search of the vehicle. The search resulted in the discovery of drug paraphernalia, suspected fentanyl, and a stolen ID and cell phone. Acree was taken into custody on charges including Traffic violations, Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Fentanyl, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

A passenger, Latina Bradley, 32, was also arrested after drug paraphernalia and suspected fentanyl were located in her belongings and charged with Possession of Fentanyl and Receiving Stolen Property.

Both individuals were booked into the Christian County Jail.
