March 11, 2025 – Hopkinsville, KY – A coordinated law enforcement operation resulted in the arrest of a Hopkinsville man and the seizure of drugs, a firearm, and drug-related items early Tuesday morning.

The Christian County Sheriff’s Office Anti-Crime Unit, in collaboration with Fort Campbell CID, executed a search warrant at a residence on Grey Fox Court following a two-month-long narcotics investigation. During the search, authorities recovered a bag of cocaine, a firearm, and multiple items of drug paraphernalia.
The suspect, 21-year-old Kyan Buckner, was taken into custody at the scene. He is facing multiple charges, including Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Cocaine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Using Restricted Ammunition During a Felony.
Buckner was transported to the Christian County Jail, where he awaits further legal proceedings.
