Several Drug Arrests Made Over the Weekend at Local Hotel

October 5th and 6th, 2024-Oak Grove, KY: Over the weekend, Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies made two arrests, resulting in the removal of methamphetamine from our community.

On Saturday, October 5, 2024, at approximately 3:00 a.m., deputies initiated contact with a vehicle at the Days Inn, located at 212 Auburn Street in Oak Grove, KY. The driver, 40-year-old Ashley Brand, and passenger, 50-year-old Monica Baker, were found to be in possession of crystal methamphetamine. Both individuals were arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.

Misty Nickerson

In an unrelated arrest, on Sunday, October 6, 2024, deputies contacted 36-year-old Misty Nickerson at the same location. Nickerson provided false identifying information but eventually admitted to possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. She was charged with Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Giving an Officer False Identifying Information.
