Tuesday, September 24, 2024, Christian County, KY: At approximately 10:21 p.m., Deputies made contact with 47-year-old Johnny Noel at the Woodland Heights Apartments, located at 2850 Greenville Road. Further investigation revealed Noel had an outstanding warrant from Todd County.

Upon taking Noel into custody, deputies observed him attempting to destroy evidence by spitting out narcotics onto the pavement. A subsequent search revealed a green leafy substance and an off-white crystalline substance, identified as marijuana and methamphetamine based on the Deputy’s observation.
Noel was read his Miranda Rights and admitted to possessing both substances.
Noel was charged with:
– Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine)
– Possession of Marijuana
– Tampering with Physical Evidence
He was transported to the Christian County Jail.
