Friday, January 12th, 2024-Hopkinsville, KY: Detectives with the CCSO Anti-Crime Unit served a search warrant in Hopkinsville Friday as part of an ongoing drug investigation. A female was arrested and more arrests may be pending.
Detectives executed the search warrant at a home in the 1000 block of East 7th Street. Once they made entry, they detained several individuals and found many items of drug paraphernalia and illegal narcotics to include approximately 24 grams of Methamphetamine, 5 grams of Fentanyl and Marijuana.
43-year-old Krista Ashby was arrested and charged with the following:
- Trafficking in Meth
- Trafficking in Fentanyl
- Trafficking in Marijuana
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
The search warrant was part of a weeks long investigation and more arrests are expected.
