Fugitive of the Week from November Arrested, Receives More Charges

christian county sheriff's office kentuckyDeputies with the Christian County Sheriff’s Office were able to locate a fugitive of the week from November last Thursday. Suspect now faces more charges.

According to a CCSO arrest citation from Detective Mark Nichols, Deputies were able to locate “Fugitive of the Week”, 25-year-old Gregory Trey Pryor last Thursday (11/30). Pryor was spotted on Glass Avenue and was stopped by the Sheriff’s Office. When they approached the vehicle, they spotted illegal items in plain view, consisting of a small baggie of marijuana. After Pryor was taken into custody, Deputies found another baggie of marijuana during a pat down.  During a search of the vehicle, Deputies found a pipe in the center console that had a white, powdery residue, typically use in smoking methamphetamine. They also located a backpack that contained a digital scale and baggies used in the sale and distribution of narcotics. Before the search of the vehicle was concluded, a handgun was found in the driver’s side floorboard, that was reported stolen out of Henry County TN. Pryor is a convicted felon and prohibited from possessing any firearms. 

Pryor was taken into custody and charged with the following:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Meth)
  • Possession of Marijuana
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm)
  • Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon
  • Pryor was also served with several Christian County warrants for charges ranging from probation violation and receiving stolen property.

Pryor was transported to the Christian County Jail.
