According to an arrest citation from Detective Luis Palmer, as a result of an ongoing investigation, a search warrant was obtained for a home in the 2000 block of Butler Rd. to look for stolen property taken in December of last year from Palmyra Rd. Detectives located a stolen trailer and arrested 39-year-old Norman Thomas Johnson of Hopkinsville, charging him with Theft by Unlawful Taking U/$10,000.
During the search, 41-year-old Richard Dwayne Scott of Oak Grove was also arrested by Detective Sgt.
