January 21st, 2020: Deputies arrested a Crofton man early this morning after following up on a robbery investigation from the weekend.
On Saturday, January 18th, Deputies met with the victim at a residence on Old Madisonville Rd. According to the arrest report from Deputy Andy Sanderson, 23-year-old Christopher Daniels of Crofton KY was accused of robbing the victim after the two were involved in a disturbance. The report states that Daniels took the victim’s car keys, vehicle and wallet after allegedly striking him with a baseball bat.
Daniels was located by Deputy Sanderson early this morning on Glass Ave. and taken into custody for the alleged robbery from Saturday.
Daniels was arrested and transported to the Christian County Jail on the following charges:
- Robbery 2nd Degree
- Assault 2nd Degree
