June 7th, 2019: CCSO Deputies arrested a Christian County woman on Friday June 7th after she was discovered sleeping in her vehicle at the I-24 Chevron.
According to the arrest report from Deputy Mark Nichols, 24 year old Paige Moody was found sleeping in her vehicle. After making contact, Moody consented to a search of her vehicle where deputies found a small baggie of methamphetamine, two small baggies of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Moody was also under the influence of narcotics at the time of contact and admitted that the illegal items were hers.
Moody was arrested and charged with the following:
- Public Intoxication-Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree-Methamphetamine
- Possession of Marijuana
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
At time of release, Moody was still lodged in the Christian County Jail.
