The bodies of the two victims from Friday’s plane crash have been identified by the Christian County Coroner’s Office and Christian County authorities.
69 year old Dominic (Don) Giametta and 55 year old Dr. Dianne Giametta died after the plane they were flying crashed shortly after noon on Friday in the rural area of Shurdan Creek Rd. in northwest Christian County.
The couple was flying a route from Bettendorf, Iowa to Muscle Shoals, Alabama.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has begun their part of the investigation and will be attempting to discover the cause of the crash.
