The Christian County Sheriff’s Office received two honors last week at the United Way of Pennyrile Campaign Celebration Dinner. The “Medium Firm” award and the “Spirit” award were given to the Sheriff’s Office for their employee campaigns during the 2016 United Way drive. Their contributions went up by $5,000 compared to last years campaign. The Christian County Sheriff’s Office is honored to receive these awards and is committed to the United Way and the 21 agencies they serve, many of which work closely with our officers.
The 2016 United Way campaign reached their total goal of $800,000.00.
