The Christian County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in the Pembroke Minit Mart robbery which occurred this past July 25th.
Detective Captain Tim Cooksey arrested 20 year old Robert Jacob Griffith, of Ashland City KY.
Griffith, a soldier on Ft. Campbell, was charged with one count of Robbery 1st Degree and lodged in the Christian County Jail on a $25,000 cash bond.
Deputies were originally called to the convenience store on July 25th after it was reported that a white male entered the business with a handgun and demanded money. Surveillance footage was a contributor in Griffith’s arrest.
Fort Campbell CID aided in locating Griffith and assisted Sheriff’s Investigators in all events on post.
